This was originally put together by Wayne Goddard.  Here is the history, as he remembered it.

This C16PS Wayne Goddard design features a satin finished partially serrated blade with thumbhole. The handle has black linen FRN scales, tip down black stainless steel clip and a stainless steel backspacer and lockbar, lanyard hole at the butt. Comes with original box and papers. Excellent condition.
